Online Registration
The registration link will redirect you to the Hayward United Soccer Club registration page on Demosphere.
Credit or debit cards are currently the only form of payment we accept.
Determine your “age-U” team here. The player’s birth year will determine which team they should register for.
Available Discounts: Early Bird, Siblings
Late Registrations (are not preferred)
A late fee of $20 (per player) will be applied after the registration deadline
If you register after the deadline, you may not get club apparel
NO registrations will be accepted less than 3 weeks before the start of the season

In-House Recreational Teams
Age Groups: 5U, 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U* (Boys and Girls)
Practice Days and Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1 hour between 4-7:00 PM, determined by coach
Practice times will vary. Talk with your coach for exact details.
If we must move indoors due to weather, practice times may vary (Spring Season Only).
* 10U is a Recreational team but may travel. Each player is asked to participate in games to prepare them for Competitive Teams. There may be a small fee associated with these games.
Traveling Teams
Age Groups: 10U, 12U, 15U
Practice Days and Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1.5 hours between 4-7:00 PM, determined by coach

COACHING:
Hayward United succeeds because of our wonderful volunteer coaches. If you would like to coach (1/team) or be an assistant coach (1/team), please e-mail Head Coach Adam Ojibway at president@haywardunitedsoccer.com. More details can be found on our coaching page.
VOLUNTEERING:
Hayward United needs your help to create a fun, educational, and engaging program for our youth. All participating families are asked to volunteer in some way. Check out our volunteering page for ways you can make an impact within the club. The Club has open board positions that need to be filled for our club to be able to operate efficiently.
FUNDRAISING:
Hayward United works to offer a fundraising opportunity each season. These fundraisers aid in keeping our program available and affordable to our community. Details can be found on our fundraising page.

2024 Spring Soccer
Season Registration: January 1 - February 29, 2024
Early Bird pricing through January 22 runs January 1 - 31, 2023
Late Registration ($20 fee):
Practices & Games: April 2 through mid-June

Cost: $65.00 (Early Bird Price $50.00)
Classic Traveling Teams
Cost: $140.00 (Early Bird Price $125.00)
Plus cost of Home and Away Jerseys
WEATHER:
In Wisconsin, it is almost certain that the weather will be unpredictable when planning for our Spring season. There may be days that teams will need to practice inside. A gym rotation schedule will be implemented as needed.

Uniforms
All In-House Recreational Players will receive a club shirt.
Traveling Team Players (9U and older) must have a uniform (Travel Kit in the Club Store).
2 jerseys (black and yellow), black shorts, and black socks for roughly $40
In-house Recreation Team Players (8U and younger) do not need to purchase a uniform but are welcome to get an In-house Kit from the Club Store if you desire.
A jersey, shorts, and socks for roughly $25
Check with the club registrar for possible extra items in inventory.
*10U is a Recreational team but will travel. Players will need a uniform for traveling.
