Online Registration

• The registration link will redirect you to the Hayward United Soccer Club registration page on Playmetrics.

• Credit or debit cards are currently the only form of payment we accept.

• Determine your “age-U” team here. The player’s birth year will determine which team they should register for.

• Available Discounts: Early Bird, Siblings

  1. • Late Registrations (are not preferred)

       1. A late fee of $40 (per player) will be applied after the registration deadline 

       2. If you register after the deadline, you may not receive Club t-shirts (recreational teams)

       3. NO registrations will be accepted after April 1.

In-House Recreational Teams

Age Groups: 5U, 6U, 7U, 8U (Boys and Girls)

Practice Days and Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM. Small adjustments to times may be necessary on a team-by-team basis.  

Traveling Teams

Age Groups: 10U, 12U, 15U 

Practice Days and Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 - 7:00 PM. Small adjustments to times may be necessary on a team-by-team basis.

Uniforms

• All Recreation Team Players (8U and younger) will receive a Club t-shirt. 

• Traveling Team Players (9U and older) will borrow two Team-Sponsored Game Jerseys. These Jerseys are owned by the Club and require a $100 deposit for distribution. The deposit will be returned at the end of the season. Players should also provide their own black shorts and black soccer socks, shin guards, cleats, and ball. 

• RecreationTeam Players do not need to purchase a uniform but are welcome to purchase apparel from the Club Store.

• Check with the club registrar for possible extra items in inventory.
