Credit or debit cards are currently the only form of payment we accept.
Determine your “age-U” team here. The player’s birth year will determine which team they should register for.
Available Discounts: Early Bird, Siblings
Late Registrations (are not preferred)
A late fee of $20-35 (per player) will be applied after the registration deadline
If you register after the deadline, you may not receive Club t-shirts
NO registrations will be accepted after July 29

COACHING:
Hayward United succeeds because of our wonderful volunteer coaches. If you would like to coach or be an assistant coach, please e-mail president@haywardunitedsoccer.com. More details can be found on our coaching page.
VOLUNTEERING:
Hayward United needs your help to create a fun, educational, and engaging program for our youth. All participating families are asked to volunteer in some way. Check out our volunteering page for ways you can make an impact within the club. The Club has open board positions that need to be filled for our club to be able to operate efficiently.
FUNDRAISING:
Hayward United works to offer a fundraising opportunity each season. These fundraisers aid in keeping our program available and affordable to our community. Details can be found on our fundraising page.

Uniforms
All Recreation Team Players (8U and younger) will receive a Club t-shirt.
Traveling Team Players (9U and older) will borrow two Team-Sponsored Game Jerseys. These Jerseys are owned by the Club and require a $100 deposit for distribution. The deposit will be returned at the end of the season when jerseys are returned in acceptable condition. Players should also provide their own black shorts and black soccer socks, shin guards, cleats, and ball.
RecreationTeam Players do not need to purchase a uniform but are welcome to purchase apparel from the Club Store.
Check with the club registrar for possible extra items in inventory.
